What should I wear for my massage?

Wear comfortable clothing that you can easily remove, such as athletic wear or loose-fitting clothing. Most leave their underwear on as they will be fully covered with a sheet during the massage. 

How often should I get a massage?

The frequency of massages depends on your individual needs and lifestyle. As your therapist, I can provide recommendations based on your specific concerns and goals.

What is the cancellation policy?

Your appointment is very important to me.

You will need to place a card on the file for last-minute cancellations and no-shows.

I understand that appointments may need to be changed or cancelled.

I ask that you cancel or change your appointment at least 24 hours in advance, so I may fill your spot with clients on my waiting list.

If you do not cancel 24 hours in advance, you will be charged 50% of your service price for last minute cancellation or no show.

I reserve the right to charge full price for continued missed/ last minute cancellation on appointments.

Cash is always perferred but I also take 

Credit Card as well

Gift Cards?

Gift cards available and sold only in person. They are redeemable to only whose name is on the gift card and must be used with in the year which is noted on the gift card.  If booking with a gift card please book service and text me that you will be using a gift card for the appointment ahead of time. Not redeemable for cash.
